A Loop Field Without the Trenches.
Directional drilling installs geothermal loops under lawns, driveways and parking, with no trench lines, no vertical bore field and far less to restore.
Works on sites that can’t be
trenched.
Existing buildings, mature trees, paved areas and tight urban lots. Anywhere the space above the loop field is already spoken for.
The surface stays as it was.
Trenched loop fields tear up the entire footprint. Directional drilling installs the loops from a small pit at the edge of the site, so lawns, landscaping, driveways and parking stay where they are.
Deeper than a trench, simpler than vertical.
Drilled horizontal loops sit well below trench depth, where ground temperature is stable, without the cost of a vertical borehole field.
Restoration cost mostly disappears.
Restoration is usually the biggest surprise in a geothermal budget. With no trench, there’s little sod, asphalt or hardscape to replace.
Bedrock isn’t a stopping point.
Sand, clay, till or solid rock. The ground condition changes our tooling, not whether the loop field goes in.
Fused on site, no mechanical joints underground.
Loop pipe is fused into continuous strings by our own certified crews before it’s pulled in.
Geothermal Work We Take On
Loop fields and header lines for new builds and retrofits, drilled for property
owners or for the geothermal contractor running the job.
Horizontal Loop Fields
Complete loop fields for residential, commercial and institutional systems, drilled from a small pit instead of a field of trenches.
Supply & Return Lines
The header lines between the loop field and the mechanical room, drilled under driveways, landscaping and anything else in the way.
Retrofit Installations
Loop fields added to existing homes and buildings, where the property is already finished and trenching isn’t an option.
Drilling for Geothermal Contractors
We drill for HVAC and geothermal firms that design and commission the system but don’t self-perform the drilling.

Every Sector Has Its Own Specs. We Fuse to All of Them.
On-site pipe fusion and casing welding for municipalities, telecoms, developers, contractors, rail operators and utilities.
Municipal & Government
Watermain and forcemain fused to municipal specifications, with joint records for the project file.
Telecom & Broadband
HDPE conduit joined into long continuous runs for fibre builds, staged and ready ahead of the pull.
Developers
Water and sanitary servicing for subdivisions and ICI sites, fused on site so servicing keeps pace with the rest of the build.
General Contractors
Subcontract fusion when you have the pipe but not the machines or the certification. Our crew works around your sequence, not against it.
Rail & Transit
Steel casing welded in the field for rail crossings, with the carrier pipe fused and installed inside it.
Hydro & Power
Primary and secondary duct fused in the sizes and wall thicknesses the utility specifies.
Fuel & Gas
Polyethylene gas and fuel lines fused to the procedures and joint records this work requires.

Something Broke. We'll Be There Today
Watermain breaks, utility strikes, spills and washouts don't wait for business hours. Crews across Central Ontario mean we mobilize the day you call, with MOECP-registered spills response and operators who've handled it before.

An underground utility contractor installs, repairs and supports underground infrastructure such as water, sewer, telecom, hydro, fuel and geothermal systems using specialized construction methods and equipment.
CC Underground provides horizontal directional drilling (HDD), hydrovac excavation, utility ploughing, HDPE pipe fusion, geothermal loop installation and related underground construction services across Ontario.
Hydrovac excavation uses pressurized water and vacuum removal to safely expose underground utilities, daylight services, slot trench and excavate around existing infrastructure with less surface disruption.
HDD provides trenchless installation of water, sewer, telecom, hydro and other utility lines beneath roads, rail corridors, waterways and developed areas while minimizing surface disruption.
The company is registered with ComplyWorks , has CROR-qualified crews for live rail corridors, and is currently pursuing COR certification through IHSA.
